Our services
Pure Water Co provides in-home water testing and the sale, installation, and service of residential water treatment systems (including softening, filtration, reverse osmosis, and related equipment) in the Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska metro areas. Installations are performed by licensed plumbers.
Free water test & scheduling
We offer a free in-home water test with no obligation to purchase. You agree to provide safe access to your home for the test and any agreed service, and to give accurate information about your home and water so we can recommend the right system.
Estimates & pricing
Pricing depends on your home and water conditions and is confirmed in person during your free water test. Any figures discussed before an in-home assessment are informational only. A price becomes binding only when set out in a written estimate or agreement that you accept. Offers and promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, and eligibility, and may change or end at any time.
Financing
Financing, where available, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their application, approval, and terms. Pure Water Co is not the lender and does not make credit decisions.
Communications consent
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email, including by automated means, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information about yourself and your home.

- Maintain installed equipment according to the instructions provided.
Warranties
Installed equipment may carry manufacturer warranties, which pass through to you subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Our workmanship is covered as described in your written agreement. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our services and this website are provided on an “as is” basis, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Water test results describe conditions at the time of testing and can change over time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Water Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
